I am a lawyer by training, but my professional experience has long since grown beyond classic legal practice. I work at the intersection of government, business, investment and international cooperation.
Over these years I have gained experience in the private sector, international organisations, entrepreneurship and public service. This lets me see a project from several angles at once: understanding the logic behind government decisions, the investor's objectives, and the practical constraints businesses face.
Today I support investment and international projects in Kyrgyzstan, build engagement with state and municipal authorities, coordinate participants, and help turn agreements reached into concrete action.

What I do today
Implementing an investment project takes more than an idea and financing. It requires understanding the machinery of government, how authority is distributed, regulatory requirements, infrastructure constraints and the interests of every party involved.
I help investors and project teams to:
- assess the conditions for implementing projects in Kyrgyzstan
- build dialogue with state and municipal authorities
- identify key regulatory and infrastructure risks
- coordinate foreign investors, local partners and government bodies
- build a realistic sequence of actions
- support the project from initial concept through to practical implementation
My role does not replace the work of lawyers, engineers, financiers and technical consultants. I bring participants together around a shared goal, maintain engagement with government, and coordinate the project's progress across its key workstreams.

My professional path began with a legal education and work in the private sector and international organisations in Bishkek, Istanbul, Prague and Vienna. From 2008 to 2017 I worked in legal practice and development-policy projects, after which I gained experience in entrepreneurship. From 2020 to 2025 I worked in public service and international cooperation. Today I bring that diverse experience to investment facilitation, government relations and the coordination of international projects in Kyrgyzstan.
Work documented in official publications
At Bishkek City Hall, I headed the International Cooperation and Protocol Department. In that role, I took part in a seminar on local economic recovery and urban resilience under a United Nations Economic Commission for Europe project. Bishkek City Hall publication (Russian).
I also participated in a working meeting between the city administration, SUEZ representatives and the French Ambassador. The meeting explored potential cooperation with the company, whose activities include water services and waste management. City Hall report on the SUEZ meeting (Russian).
My approach
In complex projects, there is rarely a single agency, document or decision that makes everything fall into place. The result depends on the right sequence of actions, an understanding of each party's interests, and a steady working dialogue between participants.
That is why I treat each project as a single system, in which government decisions, investor interests, legal requirements, infrastructure and timelines all need to be aligned with one another.
My role is to align the interests of all parties, structure the sequence of decisions, and help the project move from agreements to practical implementation.
